As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will troubleshoot technology issues, create incident tickets, and handle major IT incident management in a collaborative IT environment at Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience as IT Service Desk Technician or Data Center Operator
- Experience with incident, change and problem management in a multi-location data center
- Experience in utilizing ITIL compliant Service Management platforms, including ServiceNow
