As an IT service management advisor, you will provide expert support and user assistance for computer systems related to IT apps, including installation, configuration, and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in an IT service centre or a client relations centre
- Knowledge of French is required
- Knowledge of CRC systems such as Genesys or Nice
- Knowledge of phone systems such as Cisco and Teams
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
