The IT Service Management Configuration Manager will ensure the quality of the Configuration Management Database by establishing and maintaining the idoit CMDB. This role involves participation in a group-wide CMDB migration to ServiceNow, data base expansion with SME teams, and process-asset management. The position also requires a customer-oriented mindset and technical skills, and offers opportunities for training and flexible working hours.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ITIL
- Sound experience in configuration management administration in ServiceNow
- Extensive experience in software programming with Python
- Experience with relational databases and REST APIs
