This role involves providing training, supporting operational teams, and continuous process improvement. The position is vital for supporting a large-scale, innovative IT product and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in economics or a technical qualification with emphasis on process management.
  • Many years of professional experience in process management or a comparable position.
  • Good understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL4 knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of current IT technologies.
  • Practical experience in IT operation, experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
