We are seeking an IT Service Management Intern to assist with ITSM tool projects, participate in change management and major incident management, and gather and document requirements. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.
Requirements
- Participate in change management and major incident management
- Participate in ongoing ServiceNow projects
- Gather and document requirements
- Test and document new software functionality
- Train users on newly implemented features
- Assist with implementation of standard operating procedure knowledge base
