BCS is seeking a motivated IT Service Management (ITSM) Intern to join the IT team and support IT Service Management processes. The internship offers hands-on experience in a professional setting, with exposure to various aspects of IT Service Management. They will assist with Release Management, ITSM Tool Support, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Reporting and Analytics.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management principles (e.g., ITIL framework).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
