BCS is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary, a participant in the NETS Group, managing and operating clearing and payment infrastructure. They are seeking a motivated IT Service Management Intern to support IT Service Management processes, tools, and functions, ensuring efficient IT service delivery. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of IT Service Management.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management principles (e.g., ITIL framework).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
