We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Service Management (ITSM) Intern to join our dynamic IT team and support IT Service Management processes, tools, and functions.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management principles (e.g., ITIL framework).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
