IT Service Management Specialist

ManpowerGroup Greece is seeking an IT Service Management Specialist to design, implement, and support large-scale enterprise projects. The ideal candidate has experience in ITSM/ESM solutions, strong project management skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in ITSM/ESM projects
• Previous experience in a Consulting or Technical BA role
• SW Engineering background
• Experience in any ITSM product such as ServiceNow, Jira etc
• Solid Project Managements skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills both in Greek and English
• Ability to work individually or as a member of a larger team
• Attention to detail and sense of accountability and ownership
