Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and/or consulting, with at least 2 years in ServiceNow-related roles
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams and lead consulting engagements
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
