IT Service Manager (m/f/d) Digital Workplace - temp. employment for 2 years

We are looking for an IT Service Manager to support our Digital Workplace Service Team in Krailling, with the possibility of remote work. The role is a temporary employment for 2 years due to a parental leave replacement.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or similar areas, alternatively relevant vocational training with further qualification
• Several years of experience in IT service management, demand management, or a related role in a digital workplace environment
• Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment and expertise in deploying enterprise-level workplace technologies
• Understanding of ITIL framework as well as broad experience with ITSM tools, e.g. ServiceNow
• Knowledge of regional and global IT market landscape and the respective customers
• Proven track record in managing critical incidents and cross-functional, digital transformation projects
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
