IT Service Reporting Manager responsible for designing, delivering, and improving reporting capabilities across the Service Integration and Management (SIAM) function. Produces clear, actionable insights and assurance reporting to support data-driven decision-making, transparency, and accountability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT service management reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence within a multi-supplier or SIAM environment.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, service performance metrics, and service management principles.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Helix, Power BI, Tableau, ServiceNow Performance Analytics).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for varied stakeholders.
