Telefónica Tech UK&I is seeking a Technical Services Analyst to be the first point of contact for customers, providing IT support. This role focuses on resolving incidents and requests through ServiceNow and ensuring the efficient support of Enterprise Health Services contracts. The role requires independent work and excellent communication skills. A rotational shift basis and on-site availability are key.
