Symbotic is seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Site Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of local IT operations. The role will be responsible for endpoint infrastructure management, M&A infrastructure consolidation, comprehensive device management, and high-quality end-user support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of IT experience including hands-on support, systems administration, or infrastructure management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a team leadership or IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Intune/SCCM, JAMF, Kanji, and Active Directory.
- Experience managing end-user support functions and helpdesk operations.
- Demonstrated experience with documenting IT processes and creating support documentation.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity management.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Experience in M&A IT integrations and infrastructure consolidation projects.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL, or similar.
