As an IT Site Support Analyst, you will provide on-site technical support and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and end-user devices. You will resolve hardware and software issues, assist with IT deployments, and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, remote support tools, Microsoft Azure.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and ticketing system (Servicenow, Jira).
- Excellent problem-solving.
- Communication skills both in Spanish and English.
