Manager, Events & Corporate Food & Bev

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with proven experience in Corporate Events, Food & Beverage operations to elevate established employee engagement, food, set up, decor, and event pantry operations supporting several Regional Locations within the broader global portfolio.

Requirements

• Valid food handler certification.
• 6+ years’ leadership level workplace or corporate F&B management experience.
• People management experience is required.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of G-Suite, Outlook, ServiceNow, Slack, Monday.com [or other project management software].
• Vendor management skills (fearless on the phone and at complete ease asking for deliverables, refunds, credits, etc. in a calm and professional manner); able to drive vendor relationships to a strategic end
• Reliable, organized, and positive. You figure things out, manage your time well, and bring great energy to the team.
• Creative-thinking and problem-solving skills; able to think outside of the box, propose and then execute approved processes, and resolve issues as they arise within all company policies and best practices
