Requirements
- Responding promptly to IT Helpdesk requests and efficiently troubleshooting technology-related issues.
- Delivering hands-on technical support both in-person and remotely for systems, applications, software, and hardware.
- Managing the lifecycle of employee equipment, including setup, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of devices and peripherals.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining standard hardware, software, and system images as per company specifications.
- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues and supporting conference room technologies, Zoom services, and printers.
