Job description summary: The IT Solution Analyst II - Engineering & Product Value Chain role is responsible for delivering and supporting technologies, processes, integrations, and solutions that support custom development and enterprise platforms. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, deliver, and support systems and solutions.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in IT, Engineering, or Business required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or product owner
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and organize
  • Ability to breakdown strategic objectives into actionable work for development teams
  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Experience with business applications, processes, and solution implementation methodologies
  • Strong functional analysis skills to drive business requirement definition that involves eliciting, analyzing, prioritizing, articulating, and documenting business requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to summarize and communicate effectively across functional audiences and topics while building strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience with project management knowledge areas including planning, scheduling, and execution. Ability to lead multiple small to medium projects with guidance
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills
  • ITIL or other technical certifications
  • Experience in program governance using both waterfall and agile methodologies combined with demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects
  • Ability to gather requirements from business partners
  • Background in collaborating with custom development teams
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud, Azure native applications, Azure DevOps, InRiver PIM, Databricks, Azure integration services, Power BI, Syndigo, Sitecore, and ServiceNow
  • Experience writing user stories
