We are seeking an IT Specialist, End User Support to join the Global IT Field Services Team in Luxembourg-Contern. This 100% onsite position involves resolving incidents, providing end-user support, and maintaining IT equipment. The role requires strong customer service skills and experience with IT infrastructure and support processes.

Requirements

  • A+ Certification or equivalent
  • 2 years in a technology support role
  • Excellent English (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and Internet Browsers
  • Experience with Service Now ticket system
  • Track record of collaborative working
  • Ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ServiceNow Incident Management Best Practices
  • Familiarity with Wintel (Windows client and server technology)
  • Familiarity with Office 365
  • Driving licence and passport for EU travel
