Senior Solution Engineer (ServiceNow)

Join our ServiceNow team and become a key player in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will configure and implement ServiceNow modules, lead client workshops, and provide end-to-end training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development (ITSM, CSM, CMDB/ITOM,...)
• Fluent in French and English
• Excellent communication skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in unit testing and awareness of structured testing approaches
• Ability to convert complex functional needs into technical specifications
