Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of IT operational support experience.
• Strong skills in creating dashboards and reports within the ServiceNow platform.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
