Requirements

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows and iOS
  • Planning and management of activities according to priorities and SLA
  • User management (password reset, group creation and management)
  • Installation, troubleshooting, and tenant management of Office 365
  • Basic knowledge and network troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of main network protocols
  • Usage of Mobile Device Management consoles
  • Software Troubleshooting
