Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and iOS
- Planning and management of activities according to priorities and SLA
- User management (password reset, group creation and management)
- Installation, troubleshooting, and tenant management of Office 365
- Basic knowledge and network troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of main network protocols
- Usage of Mobile Device Management consoles
- Software Troubleshooting
