The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for resolving customer issues, providing user support for hardware and software, assisting with installations and configurations, and maintaining data security. This role focuses on both incident management and ongoing support for both desktop operating systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Respond to service desk tickets and outages
  • Provide second-level user support for hardware and software
  • Assist in hardware and software installation/configuration
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software errors
  • Support PC replacement programs and equipment exchanges
  • Assist with local backup operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of user data

Requirements Summary
