Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a first-line/second-line service desk role
- Knowledge of end-user technology, Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications, business applications, print systems and basic principles of cybersecurity
- Experience with setting up workstations and upgrading existing systems
- Experience/knowledge of the 'ServiceNow' ITSM platform or comparable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Calm, proactive and participatory approach to solving operational problems
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, Spanish is a plus
