Specsavers is seeking a full-time IT Support Analyst for a contract position based in Burnaby, BC. This role focuses on providing remote and in-person IT support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to service improvement. The analyst will be part of a growing retail organization committed to quality eyecare and fostering a positive work culture.
Requirements
- Providing remote and in-person IT support.
- Troubleshooting network issues and escalating effectively.
- Collaborating with internal teams and 3rd party vendors.
- Utilizing ServiceNow, Office 365, and Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with computer hardware, mobile device management, and basic networking.

Requirements Summary
