We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team! The primary responsibility of this position is installing, modifying, and making repairs to hardware and software systems and providing technical assistance and training to ensure proper computer operation.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
  • Active Directory experience
