This role is a resource for level 2/3 support analysts, who will troubleshoot technical issues requiring a deeper understanding. The position involves collaboration with other IT groups, resolving incidents, maintaining a solutions center knowledge base, and providing support to end users. Responsibilities include system maintenance, incident resolution, and project involvement. Frequent travel may be required to attend meetings and reviews.
