Wachter is seeking a seasoned IT Support Specialist to provide onsite support for a variety of IT-related needs, including hardware, software, onboarding, and policy enforcement, as well as handle service tickets remotely and function as a liaison between onsite resources and leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and troubleshooting
- Experience with printers, mobile phones, and other office technology
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow experience is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasional after-hours work may be required
- Industry Standard certifications are a plus (CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, RedHat, Etc.)
