Link Solutions, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to join their team in Adelphi, MD. This role involves supporting the design, optimization, and operation of the ServiceNow platform, including requirements tracking, documentation, release coordination, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous platform improvement and ensure mission alignment with ITIL best practices.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- DoD Secret Clearance required
- BA/BS Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline
- At least five (5+) years of relevant experience working in a business analyst, system analyst, or ServiceNow support role
- IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc).
- ServiceNow Certification (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist).
- ITIL v4 certified.
