Assist the IT Support team in providing technical support to employees, gain hands-on experience with desktop operating systems and internal systems, and contribute to the ServiceNow implementation project.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology or related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
