AVASO TECH is seeking an IT Support Engineer for their EUC L2 team. The role involves providing onsite IT technical support to site users, managing end-user hardware, configuring and troubleshooting systems, and coordinating with external vendors. This is a key role supporting a strategic business unit.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Plant environment knowledge and Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies
- Self-disciplined and highly motivated
- Good decision-making skills
- Self-discipline and high motivation
