Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in first-line IT support
  • Proven experience with a service management tool (Jira Service Management, Zendesk, or ServiceNow)
  • Hands-on desktop support experience with Windows 11 and macOS
  • Familiarity with client operating systems (Windows 11 and macOS)
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
