Version 1 is seeking an onsite IT Support Engineer to serve as the primary point of contact for technical support within their ServiceNow Managed Services team. This role involves resolving complex IT issues across Azure, AWS, Microsoft Office, and Windows environments, utilizing ServiceNow ITSM or Customer systems. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver with strong communication and customer service skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional IT support. The position is based in Dublin, Ireland and operates on a rotational schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in deskside support.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with service desk management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
