This role involves managing the team, ensuring adherence to policies and standards, and driving improvements to documentation and the Knowledge Base. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-years of experience leading a Desktop Support or similar IT function.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar platform.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and assist with IT asset acquisition, deployment, and support.
  • Participate in hardware and software solutions decision making.
  • Function as an escalation point for incidents.
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
