As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide IT Infrastructure support to users based at supported sites across the UK and Ireland.
Requirements
- Provide desk-side and remote support to users, including resolving hardware and software issues.
- Adhering to KPIs and SLAs.
- Set up, configure and install new PCs and associated equipment in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide local support for desktop, server and network infrastructure equipment.
- Open to work off site at Eurofins locations within UK and Ireland.
- Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
- To partake in any developmental training as required in compliance with the Company Standard.
- Participate in covering on-site and off-site support, which may be as part of a shift rotation.
- Prepare technical proposals for improvement together with line manager.
- Creation and maintenance of working documentation, for example, SOPs and FAQs.
