Eurofins Scientific is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide IT Infrastructure support to users across the UK and Ireland. The role involves resolving hardware and software issues, configuring new equipment, and providing local support. The position may require regular travel to support sites within the UK and Ireland, as well as the opportunity to participate in development training.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
  • Strong hardware support skills (PCs, printers, etc.).
  • Basic Windows Server administration experience.
  • Microsoft Exchange/Outlook client.
  • Strong Microsoft Office support skills.
  • Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Full driving licence
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and organise work.
  • Excellent time keeping skills.
  • Adherence to SLAs and meeting KPIs
