Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in IT support
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Plant environment knowledge and Experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies
- Self-disciplined and highly motivated
- Good decision-making skills
- Strong prioritization skills
