Staff HR Technical Analyst

Renesas is seeking an experienced System Analyst to support its HR applications within the business, focusing on system administration, technical support, and process improvements. The role involves working closely with IT, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with IT and HRIS systems. The company is a global leader in semiconductor technology with over 21,000 employees.

Requirements

• GCSE level education or Apprenticeship in HR, IT or Business
• Strong Experience in SuccessFactors Onboarding, Time Off & Timesheets, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Integration Center
• Expert knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM
• Strong analytical capability, attention to detail and best practice knowledge
• Experience in implementing Employee Central Payroll, Jira and ServiceNow ticketing tools
• Experience in third party integrations
• Knowledge and experience in CPI
• Fluent in English
