IT Support Engineer EUC L2

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer EUC L2 to provide onsite IT technical support for our site. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT support and knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
• Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
• Understanding of Active Directory
• Plant environment knowledge and Experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools
