This EUC L2 Support Engineer role involves providing onsite IT technical support for the site. Responsibilities include end-user support, hardware installation, troubleshooting, and ticket management. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT support
  • Deep knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Knowledge of plant environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies
  • Self-disciplined and highly motivated
  • Good decision-making skills
