ServiceNow Architect/Solution Designer MW

The ServiceNow Solution Designer/Architect is responsible for designing and specifying technical solutions in ServiceNow projects, working closely with the development team to implement and manage functionalities on the ServiceNow platforms of Sword’s clients.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Experience implementing and customizing at least 2 major ServiceNow modules including: CSM, SPM, ITAM
• Deep experience with Portal, Workflows, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications
• Platform Administration
• Performance monitoring and issue mitigation
• User, group, and role management
• Upgrades, etc.
• Technical Skills
• Experience with: HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, and Python
• Experience integrating third-party tools using REST and SOAP
• Experience with LDAP integration, Mid-servers, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• ITILv3 certification is preferred
• ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications are required
• Any additional ServiceNow certification is a plus
