The IT Support Engineer will provide technical support for onsite IT technical support within our scope, including end-user desktops, laptops, office IT, and network and servers. The role involves troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of software and hardware, as well as coordinating with external vendors and managing IT projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems
  • Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools
