Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10
  • Knowledge and experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
  • Understanding of Active Directory
  • Plant environment knowledge and experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies
