Requirements

• BA/BS degree in finance, IT, engineering, business management, or related field
• 8+ years of IT experience
• Experience working in an IT Asset Management and Configuration Management (CMDB) role
• Experience with ServiceNow (ITSM and SAM Pro)
• Experience working with ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, ACC-V)
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM
• Experience coordinating with internal IT delivery teams and external IT service providers
