ELPEDISON, a leading energy utility in Greece, is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to provide in-depth technical support. This role acts as an escalation point for Level 1 support, assisting with system administration, troubleshooting, project contribution, and ITSM tool support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of IT Support Engineer Level 1 experience.
  • 1+ year of IT Support Engineer Level 2 experience.
  • Completed courses in areas like Microsoft Certified (M365 & Azure Fundamentals), CompTIA Certified (A+ & Network+), Cisco Certified (CCT & CCNA or ITIL 4 Foundation).
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft 365 & Azure cloud platforms administration.
  • Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID management, Atlassian Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ITSM platforms.
