The IT Support Manager will supervise IT support activity, prioritize and assign incident and service tickets, and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers. They will also train and supervise technical support teams, and improve support processes and incident management procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in French and English
  • Experience with ERP and CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce)
  • Excellent knowledge of computer environments (Windows, Mac, Linux)
  • Mastery of ticket management tools (Servicenow) and supervision tools
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Good understanding of networks, servers, and computer security
  • In-depth knowledge of the ITIL methodology
