We are looking for an IT Support Manager to join our team at Petit Forestier Digital Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supervising IT support activities, leading teams, and ensuring the quality and speed of incident and request resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience minimum in a similar position
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Experience with ERP and CRM tools (SAP, Salesforce)
  • Excellent knowledge of computer environments (Windows, Mac, Linux)
  • Mastery of ticket management tools (Servicenow) and supervision tools
  • Proven skills in team management and leadership
  • Good understanding of networks, servers, and computer security
  • In-depth knowledge of the ITIL methodology
