The Denver Broncos are seeking an IT Support Manager to manage their IT organization. The role involves providing technical guidance, resolving issues for Help Desk Technicians, and ensuring consistent support aligned with operational SLAs. This is a full-time, location-based position within the Denver/Englewood area. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and a strong manager with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • BS in technology or IT support management
  • 5+ years of general IT troubleshooting and network connectivity experience
  • 2+ years in supervisory experience
  • Strong customer relationship, consensus building, and client service skills
  • ITSM experience (Freshservice or ServiceNow preferred)
  • Experience with Teleconferencing and Email tools
