IT Support & Operations Specialist

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an IT Support & Operations Specialist to deliver hands-on technical support, manage IT services, and ensure smooth operation across core IT functions. This role involves mobile device management, executive support, user support, IT budget administration, and financial administration. Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT support, operations, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceNow ticketing platforms
• Deep understanding of mobile device support and MDM technologies
• Experience reviewing contracts and statements of work
• Proven track record in process standardization
