We're looking for an IT Support Service Specialist to provide high-quality support to our staff and customers on onboard IT services and applications. You'll be responsible for service request, incident, and problem management processes, and will have the opportunity to continuously improve our services and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Support
- Experience with ticketing, workflow, and monitoring tools (preferably ServiceNow and Dynatrace)
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
