Uni Systems is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join their UniQue team. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and coaching, as well as collaborative tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and M365.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 11 years of general IT experience (or Master Degree with minimum 7 years of experience)
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in training and coaching
- At least 4 years of experience with collaborative tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and M365
- At least 4 years of experience in end-user support and assistance for information systems
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience with ITIL practices
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience with user support management tools (e.g., SMT, ServiceNow, JIRA) and Information Systems testing, including system and non-regression testing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing user access
- Knowledge and experience in collecting, classifying, and prioritizing user needs and requirements
- Understanding of Business Cases and/or User Stories
- Ability to review IT deliverables to ensure they meet Business/User requirements
- Excellent command of the English language at a minimum of C1 level, along with good knowledge of French
