IT Support Technician

Fox Corporation is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our information technology team. The ideal candidate will assist with technical support of desktop computers, servers, network, applications, and related technology used to operate the television station.

Requirements

• Assist with technical support of desktop computers, servers, network, applications, and related technology used to operate the television station
• Support a user base of approximately 175 employees
• Recommend and perform hardware and software upgrades on systems to ensure security, reliability, performance, and longevity
• Maintain hardware/software inventories for all managed technologies
• Support the stations VMware virtual environment
• Creating and updating documentation for both new and existing processes
• Managing and prioritizing all incoming tickets for the station
• Providing clear communication and updates to staff via the ServiceNow platform and email
• Act as station’s Technology Manager backup and assist with maintaining station’s infrastructure
