CSC Generation is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide support to employees across various departments. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining documentation, and providing remote support. This is a rotational coverage role, with a rotating schedule of weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of IT support experience (on-site or remote)
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
